27th November 2024 – Like many other people in the UK, I became totally disillusioned by the BBC and its coverage of the covid pandemic and the various developments. This probably contributed to my capacity to apply some critical thinking, however, rather than accepting without question everything that was presented. The BBC’s promotion of Government propaganda raised more questions for me than answers – as so much of its apparent ‘information’ simply did not make sense or provide a transparent picture. Dr Clare Craig provides some examples of the work of the BBC during this era:
